Iwona
My love for hairdressing started when I was just 14 years old in Poland, where I began learning my craft and gaining experience. In 2006, I moved to the UK and continued doing what I love — creating beautiful hair and helping my clients feel amazing.
In 2011, I took the exciting step of opening my own salon. Over 30 years later, I’m still just as passionate about hair as I was when I first started.
I especially love creating beautiful blondes, perfecting balayage restyles and working with hair extensions to help my clients achieve their dream hair.
For me, it’s never just about the hair. I love getting to know my clients, having a chat, listening to what they want and making sure they feel comfortable and looked after from the moment they walk through the door — right through to their aftercare.
Shannon
Shannon joined Hair by Iwona in 2017 as a freelance stylist and has since established herself as a highly experienced and respected member of our team.
With many years of experience within the industry, Shannon is a valued and long-standing asset to the salon. She is passionate about delivering exceptional results and takes pride in creating individual looks tailored to each client.
Shannon has a particular passion for creative colour, restyling and beautifully finished bouncy blow-dries. Whether she is creating a bold new look, refreshing a client’s colour or adding volume and movement with a polished blow-dry, she takes pride in achieving results that feel both beautiful and personal.
Kayla
Kayla joined Hair by Iwona in 2024 and has continued to develop and grow throughout her time with the salon. She successfully graduated in 2025 and has since completed extensive additional training to further enhance her knowledge, skills and technical expertise.
Now fully qualified, Kayla is a dedicated and enthusiastic stylist who takes great pride in her work. She has a genuine passion for hairdressing and is committed to providing every client with a professional, personalised experience.
Kayla particularly enjoys developing her skills, keeping up to date with current techniques and trends, and creating styles that leave her clients feeling confident and looking their best.
